ABOUT THE ROLE
My company operates at the intersection of content, real estate, education, and investing.
We generate leads from YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, lead magnets, webinars, referrals, real estate deals, and live events.
I am not looking for a technician.
I am looking for a CRM Architect who can design systems that turn attention into appointments, sales, and long-term clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CRM ARCHITECTURE AND ORGANIZATION
Design a single source of truth CRM
Eliminate broken workflows
Implement a clean, scalable tagging system
Ensure every lead has a clear next action
2. TAGGING AND SEGMENTATION
Create and maintain a tagging system using this logic:
[Source] – [Avatar] – [Interest] – [Action] – [Status]
3. AUTOMATIONS AND WORKFLOWS
Build automated workflows for sellers, buyers, investors, course buyers, webinar registrants, and high-ticket clients
Assign tasks automatically
Trigger follow-ups, reminders, and sequences
Ensure zero leads fall through the cracks
4. FUNNEL AND REVENUE INTEGRATION
Connect funnels to the CRM including opt-ins, sales, and bookings
Ensure lead magnets deliver correctly
Ensure payments trigger onboarding
Ensure upsells and nurtures are automated
Track conversions from lead to call to sale
5. PIPELINE MANAGEMENT
Build visual pipelines for:
Consulting Clients
Free lead to nurture to booked call
Course to upsell to consulting
Investors to deal-ready
6. STRATEGIC SUPPORT
Suggest improvements proactively
Spot bottlenecks before leadership does
Simplify systems as the company scales
Think in revenue and efficiency, not just tasks
Document SOPs as systems are built
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
Leads are organized and correctly tagged
No missed follow-ups
Automations run without errors
A clear daily call list exists
Funnels convert consistently
Calendar stays full
Revenue tracking improves
