CRM Development - Upgrade Airtable Data into a Functional AT CRM

www.diligentsia.co.uk is a young SaaS professional services platform.

We are seeking an experienced Airtable specialist to take our existing dataset of 700 customer opportunities (segmented into customer/advisor/investor and partner opportunities) and transform it into a fully functional, user-friendly CRM using one of Airtable's CRM templates.

The current Airtable is populated with structured data, including dropdown fields and categorized information. The goal is to migrate, refine, and enhance this data within a more sophisticated CRM framework, improving usability, reporting, and workflow automation.

Scope of Work:
Assessment & Planning:

Review the existing Airtable structure, fields, and dropdown selections.
Recommend the most suitable Airtable CRM template based on our needs.
Outline a roadmap for data migration and CRM setup.

CRM Setup & Data Migration:
Implement the selected Airtable CRM template.
Migrate and clean existing data while preserving relationships between records.
Configure custom views, fields, and filters for different user roles (e.g., sales team, advisors, investors).
Set up linked records where necessary for improved data structuring.
Automation & Workflow Enhancements:

Implement automated reminders, notifications, and follow-ups (e.g., email alerts, status updates).
Set up pipelines and kanban views to track deal progress.
Enable integration with third-party tools (e.g., Outlook email platform).

User Experience Optimization:
Create custom dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Improve search and filter functionality for quick access to opportunities.
Ensure an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.

Testing & Final Adjustments:
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
Make necessary refinements based on feedback.

Provide documentation or a short training session on how to use the new CRM.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in Airtable CRM development.
Strong understanding of relational databases and workflow automation.
Experience integrating Airtable with third-party apps (Zapier, API, etc.).
Ability to provide examples of past CRM builds.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
