CRM / Appointment Scheduling / Automation & Connecting Systems

I'm looking for help in reviewing CRM & automation processes.

We've been using Zoho CRM for a long time, we also use get response for basic email induction sequence, a different service for text messages and now we are looking to set up an appointment scheduler to allow customers to book appointments directly.... ( This looks like yet ANOTHER new system )... We also use MS teams for basic applications, ie video calls and one drive for transfer of files ( we don't use MS email )

We're looking to set up a robust appointment scheduling system, ie text reminders, email. It would be good it we could pull this into a single system that was easy to use and allowed for mobile calendars. Team of 10-15 people. Alternatively setting up some triggers to connect systems would also work.

Currently, we get lead form.... Input lead manually into CRM.... Call customer to set up appointment.... No one answers so we try again next day.... Get customer and book in date... Then Customer doesn't show for appointment and that's it... Ie there is no reminder text or follow up text etc, etc, etc. It sits on our CRM with no further action.
