Creation of complex reports, live dashboards etc from Zoho CRM

This project initially involves creating multiple reports out of our Zoho CRM system. The freelancer should have extensive experience working with Zoho and be able to create reports quickly across multiple fields, set them out in a clear, easy to understand format and set up automated issuing of reports. They should also be able to customize the reports to meet our specific needs. The project will require the freelancer to be able to correctly advise on any relevant Zoho upgrades or packages we may need to invest in to achieve our reporting and display requirements. The freelancer should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

The first piece of work will be to create reports for the following:

Lead Gen
- No. of leads created; per day/week; created by
- No. of leads archived; per day/week; created by
- No. of leads converted; per day/week; created by
- No. of dial outs; per day/week; by
- No. of quality conversations; per day/week; by

Biz Dev
- No. of dial outs; per day/week; by
- No. of qualified enquiries; per day/week; by
- No. of video calls carried out; per day/week; by
- No. of site visits booked; per day/week; by

Metrics
- Lead to contact conversion rate
- Conversion rate from each stage of pipeline
- Average No. of days through pipeline
- Average order value per industry
- Consultancy order value as % of install order value
- Total pipeline amount
- Weighted pipeline amount

If this is carried out successfully, we will then look to carry out further pieces of work including creating live dashboards, integration with other software for enhanced reporting etc
