    Before we lock the automation build, could you confirm:

    1) Which CRM, email and project-management platforms are involved, including whether the required actions are available through native connectors or will need webhooks/API handling?

    2) For the first two priority automations, what should trigger each workflow, which fields need to move between systems, and what should happen when data is missing, duplicated or fails validation?

    To get started, we would then need:

    - the current workflow steps or SOPs;
    - the relevant field names and sample redacted records;
    - any existing Zapier, Make or n8n setup details;
    - the two workflows you want prioritised;
    - the expected success criteria for testing;
    - safe screenshots, exports or limited-role test access where required.

    Once these inputs are received and confirmed in WorkStream, we can begin the workflow mapping, automation configuration and testing.
