Basic Hubspot Setup

I am seeking a HubSpot specialist to assist with the comprehensive setup of my HubSpot account. Please do NOT apply if cannot demonstrate lots of Hubspot experience. The project is not complicated. It entails configuring account settings, importing contacts from Outlook (and potentially Airtable), and establishing seamless synchronization with my Outlook email and calendar. I may require the import of a 400 contact list currently held on Excel, with associated information. Additionally, synchronisation with my Fathom.ai notetaker SUMMARIES is required. I also need the creation of a straightforward CRM Kanban process tailored for FIVE categories of sales leads: Companies, Advisors, Investors, Partners, Others. Your expertise in optimizing HubSpot functionalities will be invaluable for this project. I ONLY want to hear from individuals with proven knowledge of Hubspot setup, who speak English, and will work online collaboratively together with me using standard tools such as Outlook and Teams. Although I am tech literate, you should include 3 hours of tutorial time spread over a month to act as my tech support, in your quote. The project may expand into other users if you do a good job on this first phase!
