Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for an experienced API and automation specialist with strong expertise in Zapier and/or Make.com to help design and implement integrations across our internal systems.
The ideal candidate will not only assist with the technical setup, but will also provide expert guidance on best practices, helping us decide whether Zapier or Make.com is the better platform for our needs.
Scope of Work:
• Review our current systems and integration requirements
• Advise on whether Zapier or Make.com would be the most suitable solution
• Design the integration architecture between our platforms
• Build and configure the automations/workflows
• Connect multiple platforms via APIs and webhooks where required
• Ensure reliability, error handling, and proper data flow between systems
• Provide documentation or walkthrough of the final setup
Potential Systems to Integrate (examples):
• GHL
• Accounting software
• Job management tools
• Form submissions / lead capture systems
• Internal spreadsheets or databases
• Email or notification systems
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with Zapier and/or Make.com
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
• Ability to recommend efficient automation architecture
• Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms
• Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with service-based businesses
• Experience integrating GHL, accounting tools, or booking systems
Project Type:
Initial setup with potential for ongoing automation and integration work as our systems evolve.
