Accounting and inventory plugin development for WORKSUITE SAAS

I am looking for a knowledgable developer to develop 2 modules for worksuite SAAS https://codecanyon.net/item/worksuite-saas-project-management-system/23263417
1: The accounting system must be double entry and support taxes
Ledgers must be able to be grouped and be able to have ledger numbers
This should include standard reports available in accounting systems.
If you do not understand anything I wrote here, its obvious you do not understand accounting.
2: An inventory module with serial number, lot number and item expiration.
Should also support multiple warehouses.

Please dont waste my time if you cannot develop the modules.
