Hi
I have just updated my monday.com CRM and need MS Office365 mail accounts integrated so they work perfectly within monday.com for all users (4). We used to use MS Outlook for mail so we also need the accounts from there migrated to MS Office365 so they work correctly. We will also need email signatures to be set up for each account.

Are all four users currently active on Office365, or do you still need to provision their licenses?
Is your Outlook mail currently hosted on Exchange, POP, or IMAP?
Do you already have the email integration app enabled on Monday.com?
Would you prefer a uniform company-wide email signature or individual personalized ones?
Should I also check for future-proofing needs like auto-forwarding, archive access, or shared inbox setups?
