HTML Email Signature Design (3 Versions for Google & Outlook)

Project Overview
We are looking for a freelance designer/developer to create three HTML-compatible digital email signature designs that reflect our professional brand identity. These signatures will be used by team members across Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook, and must be styled for consistency and compatibility across both platforms.

Scope of Work

Design three distinct but brand-aligned email signature concepts

Convert designs into clean, responsive HTML code

Ensure compatibility with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook (desktop and web versions)

Incorporate clickable elements: name, job title, email address, phone number, website, and social media icons (where applicable)

Optimise layout and image hosting to avoid common rendering issues in email clients

Provide clear instructions for installation on both platforms, including mobile guidance if needed

Requirements

Proven experience designing and coding HTML email signatures

Strong understanding of limitations and quirks of major email clients (especially Gmail and Outlook)

Ability to deliver code that is lightweight, well-structured and avoids external styles or scripts that may be blocked

Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and refinement

Deliverables

Three finalised HTML signature files

Guidance document (PDF or similar) with step-by-step installation instructions

Hosted image assets (or guidance on best hosting practices)

Timeline
We’d like to begin as soon as possible, with initial designs shared within 5–7 working days and final delivery shortly thereafter.
