I'd be happy to help with setting up your domain across your devices and creating a professional email signature with your logo and branding.

Could you please let me know:

Do you already own the domain, and do you have administrative access to it?
How many devices need to be configured?
Do you already have all the details for the email signatures (logo, contact information, job titles, social links, disclaimer, etc.)?
Would you be happy to allow secure remote access to the devices so I can complete the setup efficiently?

Is the domain currently receiving mail correctly, or are we only concerned with outbound sending?

Which provider is authoritative for mail, and is the domain already verified there?

Are SPF/DKIM/DMARC currently passing alignment checks, or are there existing legacy records/services we need to preserve?

Are there multiple senders such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, website forms, CRM or SMTP services that must remain authorized?

Hi Denitsa, is the domain email service already fully configured at provider level, or should this project also include checking and setting the required DNS records such as MX, SPF, DKIM and Autodiscover before we configure the devices?

To start immediately, we would need:
The email provider being used, the number and type of devices to configure, the number of mailboxes involved, your logo and the contact details you want included in the signature, plus confirmation of whether the domain-level email records are already in place.

Once these details are received, we can begin immediately.
