Description
There are 4 email addresses that I haven't been able to get to link to outlook at all.
An outlook specialist has said that email is arriving within the cPanel then being "messed up" and not being sent.
He said it looks like a problem with the EXIM files.
I need somebody who can fix the problem within WHM/cPanel without damaging the websites and then get the emails delivering to outlook.

Hi Emily, are the email accounts currently working correctly inside cPanel webmail (Roundcube), and the issue is only with Outlook connection and delivery (SMTP/IMAP), or are emails also failing or getting delayed at server level after migration?

Hi Emily, could you please let me know whether these email accounts are using Microsoft 365/Outlook with IMAP or Exchange, and if the issue affects both incoming and outgoing mail? Also, do the Exim logs show delivery failures, message corruption, or routing errors after the server migration?

Can you please answer below questions
1. Do you have WHM root access, and is the server running cPanel/WHM with Exim as the mail server?
2. Are the affected email accounts on the same domain, and can you provide recent Exim error logs or bounce messages?
