Convert my PSD file into a HTML Email

I need a designer who specialises in converting a PSD into HTML for a mass email shot.

It is important that the images are linked images and stored on a content delivery network service. (I am looking into that at the moment)

Must be pixel perfect.

It must be OK when tested on All commonly used email services.

Font should be Montserrat.

Must be 100% hand coded and a fully Editable Newsletter.
