Wordpress Ecommerce website additional tool for file upload and image cropping

I have the current site in progress www.picturemyworld.glenwheeler.co.uk
It's a shop selling made to measure wallpaper murals.
Similar principle to canvas4life.com and competitors with similar functionality that I looking for as muralsyourway,com and ohpopsi.com - the same resize/crop/order process
It is an ecommerce site in Wordpress using the woocommerce plug in.
I need to have the extra functionality as follows:
A) customers can select an image from the gallery then they will be asked to enter measurements - they will then be taken to a cropping tool to resize / fit in the ratio.
Then it will calculate the price based on a £/metre.
B) as above but e customer can upload their own image in Jpeg format, the tool needs to have an image checker to show poor/good/bad. This will be based on variables of pixel sizes (see muralsyourwayway.com requirements)
I need to know what s involved, timescales, and price
