Word press elementor issues

I need someone to get some settings right for a website.
small job as it is a 3 page website only.

I've added CSS, but it makes it worse. It is also an issue in the elementor setup with hero image. There are some tweaks but it looks worse.
Z value adjusted and it looks great in elementor but when then looking at the page the black non transparent menu is all over.

I mainly need to get the menu right and the hero section behind the menu and make it visible properly
