Woocommerce (WP) Troubleshooting

The brief:

I'm looking for someone who can help me troubleshoot some technical issues with Wordpress Woocommerce site on an ad hoc but on-going basis. If i can find the right person to work with, this relationship could be easily expand into a long term & multi project based workstream.

Current issue: For the last several months, my Woocommerce emails (basically any emails that's related to customer order) stopping going out, there is likely a conflict of plugins which I tried enable/disable but nothing seem to work. I used 2 different third party SMTP plugins but again not showing any log of Woo emails going out.

Would be great to find someone who has managed a lot of Woocommerce site before, and can share/apply best practice of the best/optimal way of managing a healthy, fast and efficient Woocommerce E-com site.

Key criteria:

I need someone who meets the following criterion:
- reliable, organised and punctual with deliverables and deadlines
- should be a pro in PHP, as a lot of
- clear, concise communication style so nothing gets lost in communications
- preferably in the same timezone as the UK
- no spammy messages if I don't reply please
