Woocommerce plugin

Hi, I have a woocommerce site that uses WS forms to order home testing kits. You currently can can order kits for more than one property at a time. The kits are then sent back for processing.

I need a plugin that can:
1, take the information from the WS forms Submissions (this arrives neatly on its own page by default) and merge it into the woocomerce order page. We want all the information on one backend page.

2, Can generate order-numbers / labels per kit. So each label will have the address and the order number + kit number on it. - We can use a standard woocommerce label plugin and build on that but I would need guidance on the best way forward.

3, Can generate, print and email a certificate with the customers address on when the results are in - something simple with our logo on.

I may need further work going forward and always have new projects every so often. Please note: I may need a day or two to test the system before signing this project off. I am infrequently at my desk on weekends.
