Woo Commerce specialist to help with some tweaks

Hi - I need to make a few changes to one of my clients's websites.

It's a WordPress site that uses a woo-commerce shop (on a subdomain) - they would like to make a few changes and fixes.

Firstly, to create a new product that allows the customer to customise (e.g. add additional details to the order 'child's name, DOB, etc and a gift message) -
secondly, we need to include an additional address fulfilment on the checkout page (for billing) with a checkbox to enables selection of same delivery/billing address - plus enable crafty clicks (fetchify) to populate both address fields
