Web design of Eshop with cart

I am looking for help in creating my own Ecommerce shop with cart - using payapl, I sell crockery/tableware and a wide range of other items. in the past I have sold world wide, so I would need to be able to update site after my web site is built.
Qty, Description, item No. £, Shipping price, (this vary as I will 3 different rates.
local, europe and overseas.

Already have my domain so I will not need any hosting.
