ISSUE 1 – Customer can't log in even after activation and password reset

Summary:
Customer is created via API, activates account via email, then fails to log in even after resetting password.

Possible causes:
- Customer is marked as activated, so activation module is not blocking.
- Password hash or session/token generation might be faulty.
- Custom plugin or observer might silently reject login.

Recommended checks:
1. Check `customer_entity` table – `confirmation` field should be NULL.
2. Review logs for authentication failures.
3. Verify Magento\Customer\Model\Authentication::authenticate().
4. Disable custom modules to isolate cause.

ISSUE 2 – Login works after activation, then fails later with status "Pending"

Summary:
Customer activates and logs in successfully. But after logout, status reverts to "Pending", blocking login.

Possible causes:
- Terrific Minds module may reset status post-logout or on cron job.
- Custom logic is overwriting customer status.

Recommended checks:
1. Review Terrific Minds module code for any observers on logout.
2. Check for CRON jobs that reset customer status.
3. Test customer flow step-by-step while logging DB status value.

ISSUE 3 – Apple Pay payment goes through but no order is created

Summary:
Payment is captured (e.g. via Stripe), but Magento doesn’t create the order.

Possible causes:
- App frontend doesn’t call placeOrder() API after payment success.
- Magento fails during order creation step due to quote/cart mismatch.
- Stripe webhooks not connected to Magento for session confirmation.

Recommended checks:
1. Confirm app calls `/rest/V1/carts/mine/payment-information` after payment.
2. Check `\Magento\Quote\Model\QuoteManagement::submit()` for failures.
3. Review logs (exception/system) for errors during Apple Pay flow.
4. Check if order is being held in quote and never converted.
