Theme install and customized multivendor site

I am using woocommerce and dokan business to create a multivendor market. I have already registered a domain and hosting, downloaded wordpress, dokan business with some basic feature and module setup. I need help selecting a theme and customizing it. I've searched through themes to find one that has/does everything I need - seo optimized, ability to sell digital products (and get a link to product after paying), one that supports community forums, one that is completely customizable (I don't want it to look like the best buy website) no coding to change/update the settings, colors, fonts, and most importantly the filters and tags for products - I think the best choice is Flatastic because it supports the plugins I need but would love to have an expert weigh in. Right now, I'm think it will have a home page, store, blog, resources (multilevels), contact, and about us page. I'm trying to get this out quickly to test as a minimally viable product for the upcoming school year but hope to add more features to the site once it's up and running. So it needs to be scalable.
