Stripe Gateway

I have attached a screenshot detailing what I need. Basically, I need a subscription page with 8 packages and one one off option. Each package has two adds ons.

Four of the packages are 6 month subscriptions, four are 12 month subscriptions. Each 6 month package needs the two 6 month add ons and the same for the 12 month. Then I need one 'buy now' option.

Could you please ensure the 8 packages has 'subscribe now' buttons instead of buy now' and the final options, the one off £15 christmas tree collection with a 'order now' button.

The screenshot attached has all the details needed.
