Stock Adjustment extension and Adjustment Report

General information for the website: we sell cosmetic products
Description of requirements/features: Stock Adjustment:
1.We would like to record the stock quantity adjustment detail like adjustment reason, time, quantity and inventory level for each product. through an stock adjustment modules.
How it work?
2.our team will need visit our inventory report(attachment 01),under the stock quantity column click the "quantity figure",the pages will redirect to stock adjustment extension(attachement02)
3.Under the stock adjustment extension, we able to select reason, remarks,time,inventory level and quantity.
4. All the adjustment update detail will record under a adjustment report.(attachment 03).
5.The report will show details of product adjustment like product code,quantity, reasons. when we need to know how many time the product has been update, then we will click on the product code. it will show like the table below.
