Simple Shopping Cart System in CodeIgniter implemented into existing site

General information for the website: We sell guided tours online
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: We have different guided tours on offer. Each tour is available as either a private, semi-private, or group tour (each with varying prices).
Description of requirements/features: Utilizing CodeIgniter and JQuery to have implement a cart system where users can choose the guided tour they want, enter their information, and then be taken to paypal for payment processing (either for full tour price, or at least the half price deposit). Once payment successful, they should be returned to site and confirmation email of order sent to them.
CMS and Admin requirements: Not strictly necessary but shop admin would be nice.
