Shopify website set up assistance

We are setting up a new shopify website and we need some technical assistance

1. We will have some products that will go through the shopping cart and a set of products which will not - we will not display prices and the shopping cart functionality will be turned off. These products are large machines which need to be ordered by emailing or calling us.

2. We need to display both US and CAD pricing but these prices are fixed, not fluctuating on currency changes. They need to display based on user location or by their own selection

3. We would like the site to auto translate to spanish and have a toggle or button to be able to switch to the other language site.

There will probably be additional work but I'm not sure of what that will be yet.
