Shopify website

I'm looking for a full shopify website with e-commerce that is similar in the structure to the following website with small changes.

The main change is to add in the header 'SHOP ONLINE' tab that link to sell doors and windows.
I would need you to add sample pictures and text for each page and I will upload the actual info myself.
