The website is not live

I have created an e-commerce with shopify which was supposed to link directly with API system of my supplier but I'm having issues as it is not compatible.

Unfortunately integrating the API into Shopify is not a simple process, an APP has to be created within shopify that will take the order information from Shopify and send it to the Clothes2order API.
Integration with Shopify is possible, but will take time to setup. We are actively looking at creating a Shopify app due to the number of requests we receive, but this is currently in its early stages.

API orders must be placed electronically, unfortunately we are unable to manually access your Shopify account to check orders.


If Shopify is the barrier it may be possible to work around it.
If your developer has access to a local or web server that runs PHP and CURL they should be able to create a form for you that you could use to manually input your order information and submit it to the API. Unfortunately this makes it a manual process for you, but will allow you to place orders quickly.
