Shopify expert

I am looking for someone to completely build a pet Shopify store from scratch. I also need this person to be able to write good content for each product. I am thinking like I will only have about 10 to 15 products total. I also need this person to make a matching Facebook page so that I can advertise on Facebook. And I would like the total job to take no longer than 7 days if possible.
