Shopify development for e-commerce store

I'm back again after being let down by a developer.

We have purchased the 'Blum' theme (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/blum/styles/mondo/preview) and will be using the theme style, 'Mondo'.

We like aspects of this theme however want the homepage, product/brand/feature landing page/s and individual product page redesigned. We will also want some parts of the theme styling changed too as well as some of the interactions. For example, when the current theme is viewed on a mobile device the menu slides in from the left but we want this to happen from the right. Another example (where we want the theme modified) would be how the search looks on a mobile device - we will provide an example for this.

- The developer should be comfortable viewing (and following) the designs we have mocked up in Figma
- The developer should make a copy of the original 'Blum' theme and not modify the original one
- The developer should ideally do this on their own server to not interrupt our live site
- The developer should adhere strictly to the designs and not deviate from them
- The developer should ensure that they have checked across all browsers/devices to ensure the theme still works ok
- The developer should use a quick instant message service like Slack or WhatsApp to ask us questions so we can get back to you asap
- We also want a bestsellers section
- The developer should be UK based
