Shopify developer wanted

Hey,

I have a few things that I need to do to my Shopify store. I would appreciate answers to the below queries in your proposal (if you are not able to answer them, please do not submit a proposal)

1. I'm not sure of the customisation possibilities of Shopify. I'd like to change the homepage AND the product page of my store. I'm a front-end dev and can write the HTML/CSS - can I provide this to a backend/Shopify dev for implementation?

2. I would really like to add a post code form on my homepage before displaying products. This is to check that the user is within a local area. I need to have rules in place: if user's post code = within this range, then display products. Similar to Deliveroo.co.uk. Is this doable?

3. Can I pre-auth payments and charge them after 7 days? I would like to charge a delivery fee upfront (E.g. £4), and then the cost of the items after 7 days. Anything returned before 7 days I can prevent from being charged.
