Production-Ready Shopify App Upgrade - App Developer Only

We are upgrading an existing approved Shopify app into a high-value Store Audit & Decision Engine.

This is NOT a basic dashboard project.

The goal is to build a system that:

- audits a Shopify store
- detects real issues (products, catalog, structure)
- evaluates readiness to scale
- provides clear, structured, actionable recommendations
- delivers a final verdict (e.g. Not Ready to Scale)

The app must:

- produce real, data-driven outputs
- avoid generic advice
- work even with zero sales data
- provide immediate value after install

IMPORTANT

This project requires strong backend thinking, logic design, and structured data systems.
This is NOT suitable for beginners or generic “full-stack” developers.

FULL REQUIREMENTS

You MUST read the full brief before submitting a proposal.

Proposals that do not clearly reference the brief will be ignored.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience with Shopify apps (preferred)
- Backend logic / rules engine thinking
- Ability to build structured, scalable systems
- Experience working with real data (not mock/demo logic)

NOT ACCEPTABLE

- generic dashboards
- placeholder logic
- hardcoded outputs
- vague recommendations
- “to be improved later” delivery
