PHP E-commerce website under development

My e-commerce website is under development. The company which is developing the website is not been able to meet my time lines. The website is being developed in PHP - code Igniter . Some modules are complete while some need to extended and some need to be totally developed. I shall prefer a person who is himself a developer and experienced in web designing skills. I need a professional who can readily take over and complete the website in time bound manner at fixed costs.

The professional who is closer to Delhi and if needed willing to come to our location for understanding the concept and project shall be given preference.
Marketing individuals not desired or the people who depend upon others to get the jobs done.
