Opencart mods

Hi,
I am looking for a php developer with experience in opencart to make a couple of modifications my clients opencart eshop. Here are the details:

1. Currently individual products can be set so they are not buyable on the website (e.g. the "Add to Cart" button is greyed out and the price is removed), but this is done by entering a 0 in the price field. The client now requires the price to be shown for the product, but also have the "Add to Cart" button greyed out whenever they wish to use it on specific products.
So in the admin product edit area the client requires a tick box called "Grey Out Cart Button" and if ticked then the price is displayed (as usual when admin enters it), but the "Add to Cart" button is greyed out and not selectable for users on the website. E.g. They cannot buy the product.

2. The client would also like all the order details on the email they are sent after item(s) have been purchased. e.g. the email they receive also needs to include the following:

Customer Name:
Customer Email Address:
Customer Address & Postcode:
Customer Phone Number:
Payment Details:
Shipping Address & Postcode:

Please can you quote for this work, give me a time when you can start and how long the project will take? Plus whether the cost includes VAT and what the payment schedule would be?
