OpenCart Migration/Duplication/Conversion to use OpenCart API

My client currently has an ecommerce website built in OpenCart. We have redesigned the website and are building a new Frontend in NextJS/React. I am looking for an experienced PHP developer who is very familiar with OpenCart to help us migrate the current OpenCart website to our server, then create a duplicate of the website and convert that duplicate to become a headless backend and use the built-in REST-API to server the data. The website is not standard out of the box as it uses custom middleware to set pricing into various tiers for their customers which updates the actual prices displayed and (this middleware has a separate externally hosted admin panel which will remain in place). The website has approximately 1500 products in 24 categories.
