Online store + cms + graphic design

Basically I'd like to have a functionality of this website: www[dot]lensrentals[dot]com incl graphic design and cms.

Some of the stuff I need:
- calendar with marked days when specific equipment is available/taken, like on this website: http://photorent.pl/produkt/Nikkor-AFS-1424mm-f2.8G-ED-IF,12 so the customers can see when they can borrow our stuff
- ability to modify all of the content from CMS (adding items, item descriptions, news, articles, prices)
- shopping cart, equipment reservation system
- optionally also logo design and visual identification
- redirection to online payment after making a reservation
- automatic email to the customer after rental with rental agreement containing name of equipment he/she wants to rent
