New Website on Shopify or Wordpress

I need a web designer, to help us move from Wix to a platform such as Shopify or Wordpress as we need a lot of automation in the process-
Key details are-

Unlimited emailing platform, as the inbuilt one on Wix i believe is Mail Chimp so we have moved to Send in Blue
Automatic emailing system, For example once the competition goes live an email to be sent to our customer data base. I know a lot of this will be automation and just setting up the right sequence.
Countdown Clock for current competitions.
Customer account login. For customers to be able to register/login, option for there card details to be saved for future transactions.
Loyalty point system to increase return customers
Simple back end to upload products, change from live sold out etc.
Being able to post out to social channels from it
Ability to randomly generare draw number, and have these emailed out
Taking card payments and also Paypal
It’s basically an E-Commerce site but one which we need automation, to keep customers engaged.
