New magento checkout with quick buy apple pay and braintree payment and paypal

I am trying to change our checkout to offer apple payments, visa Amex and PayPal etc. with a quick buy button below each item, and we used this checkout https://www.magestore.com/magento-one-step-checkout-extension.html#prettyPhoto

We have added PCA address finder to the checkout

We are are having a few glitches that we can't seem to sort out, mainly with the apple pay function, and getting Amex to work, the qty per product to change at the checkout and removing the product image zoom function.

What we have done at present can be seen on our development site, http://dev.lampwise.co.uk

I would like something extra added we use ajax for our cart with steps between adding to cart and actually going to the cart, like this http://www.lights2go.co.uk/table-lamps-c9/mantra-m3683-lua-table-lamp-2-light-ash-grey-p17972 add this product to the cart to see what I mean, showing related products and cross-sell products, in two sections on the same pop-up.

I also need the change over of checkout to be 12 midnight or after but before 7:00 am on any day so less distribution to the site when it's most used.

My in house web guy can do most things but some he needs help on, and this is where you guys come in, for him to give you access and help and for you to help him also, just go over things to make sure all is good, so one the custom work like the added step can be done by whoever get the job. I'd rather a fixed price.

Everything is set via Braintree I believe, and PayPal account we have

The import thing is that apple pay works seamlessly on Apple devices and makes the checkout nice and quick without the need to actually go to a cart page
