Need Someone to COMPLETE E-Commerce Wordpress Website Design and Programming.

I need someone to complete the design and programming for a Wordpress Template.

A list of tasks to be done are as follows:

1. Add three (3) new product images on the Header.
2. Import all the images, product codes, product descriptions and prices associated with each image.
3. Simple Step process for customizing a Suit/Shirt/Top-Coat and Selecting Fabric.
4. Complete Fabric Gallery.
5. Measurement Form that Saves to Customer Profile.
6. Profile Page. The profile page will save Orders and Measurements. Customers will have the ability to create an account themselves.
7. eCommerce Integration with Pay Pal.

The theme template we have have some of the above elements already. I will provide the complete theme, image links and direction to get this website complete.

I need it up and running within a week (7 Days) if possible.
