Need content scraper scripts for specific ecommerce websites

I operate a website that displays what's on special / clearance with various local shopping / e-commerce websites.

I need someone to design a content scraper script for a number of shops that I both am currently a client for as well as ones that I'll sign up in the future.

Each shop / e-commerce website that is my client has a 'Specials' or 'Sale' or 'Clearance' section, which has anywhere between 30 - 300+ products that are marked down in price. You will design a content scraper script for each shop that I specify, that will
1) Let me run the script from my computer as many times as I need
2) That will output the scraped data in the form of a CSV file (that I'll upload to my site, so the products will display).
3) The data needed to be scraped includes: Product title, actual price, sale price, description, images + thumbnails and the Buy Now link

I will pay you between USD $30-$50 max per script. I need 3 scripts done immediately and will need more done (anywhere between 3-10 per month) in the future, depending on how things go. Once you finish a script, you can send it to me and if it works perfectly, I'll paypal you the payment for that script, so everything is pretty straightforward.

So this is a long term partnership I'm looking for. You need to be reliable, efficient and reasonable, with good communication and knowledge in this area.
