Multivendor Plug In Word Press

Hi everyone.

I am looking for assistance for a multi vendor website.

I had appointed someone to do the works but they let me down meaning I am over a month behind. My new person has started creating the website and getting it how it should look but they are struggling to get the multivendor side to look how I want it, the current plug in's look very clunky and he does not know how to amend them. He has been open from the beginning that he is not a developer so confirmed a developer may be better suited for that part.

So due to this I am looking for someone to assist with this aspect.

For reference I have attached how I want the vendor list and the vendor shop to look, compared to how they currently look.

Please confirm the cost to formulate this layout, rough timings, your experience of similar appointment and how you would resolve the issue so I am confident you can complete the task as I can not be messed around again.

Due to the delays I am looking to appoint by tomorrow at the latest.
