Multi-vendor WordPress site - PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin JavaScript

I am looking to built a multi vendor WordPress within a deadline of maximum two weeks.
I would only consider ONLY someone who has already done it before and samples of the work would be verified before he or she takes the project.
Because of the tight deadline, whoever gets the job must be able to start immediately without delays.

I am not looking for one-off job but a possible long term cooperation instead so an expert knowledge of WordPress related technologies such as PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, phpMyAdmin and JavaScript is a MUST for possible theme or plugin modifications and other requirements.

In addition, written documentation and training for the owners/admins should be provided via Skype so we can share screens during the training. This part is not negotiable and therefore, whoever gets the job must be able to provide the training in English.

Based on your experience, any suggestions on what related plugins should be used is welcome.
