Modifications & Additions to Current Shopify Site

Our Shopify site (www.shonamac.com) has been running for over 12 months.

We now need various adjustments made to the site, including:

1. Addition of a blog that matches the style of the site
2. Better organisation of Collections and Tags (can expand on this but we are having problems making the features work for us effectively)
3. Possible addition of an app - not custom built but via a Shopify app which we will need help configuring
4. Better side bar menu/filters available?
5. Additional page for style coaching service
6. We use an app (Vendor Payout) at the moment to allow vendors to log in to view their sales activity. We would also like for them to be able to also see their unsold products in a similar view
