Magento Store Install, Configured and Product set up to be ready to sell!

Magento Theme install and configuration on my current hosting server with one-step check out. Need product set up to be ready to sell. Already have responsive theme picked out. Need all temporary files and images deleted from purchased theme. Miscellaneous small changes to the theme. Need site to be in full working condition for sales in maximum of 3 weeks time. Maybe able to get access to transfer product database from another magento store.
