Magento Site Project: Experienced, Qualified Help Needed

General information for the website: Magento site with 5 views for different countries
Description of requirements/features: Hello, we have a small Magento store with maybe 30 products (many of which have 12 colour variations) and it has 4 additional views for our German, French, Italian and Spanish websites.

There are 2 major problems we have found:

1. We need it set up with website scope, not view scope so that we can set independent pricing and delivery options per country.

2. We have a complex reviews system using Yotpo and Google Translate so all our products have translated reviews on each view. I'd like to make this much simpler and migrate our existing reviews to either the core system, or a well maintained extension. We could have this per website and get the reviews translated so they can be pre-populated on each website to get them started.

I would also like to move to Enterprise as I understand the caching would be better and we would get support. But i will take advice on this.

So, this is essentially an export / import of products after setting up a new Magento (possibly as Enterprise) and the installation of a few extensions we own and the theme of course. The more complex bit is the reviews, but I can have our people do the data entry and translations etc, so hopefully just a matter of importing a CSV file to get those reviews populated.

Im an ex-developer so understand what needs to be done fairly well. I will only talk with highly experienced, qualified developers please.

Extra notes: There will be a few other small things like setting up users etc (for api access to our multi-channel fulfilment solution) but we can go through that more thoroughly as work progresses.
