General information for the website: Retail website
Description of requirements/features: I need a review of the code base, a previous developer is generating users and changing paypal settings remotely. I have blocked access to the server but it seems some code has been created on the site which bypasses this and generates users on a daily basis and therefore gains access to change paypal settings to a rogue account. So either I need a fixed paypal address that cannot be changed or something that blocks any users from being able to be created. HELP
