Magento OS and template upgrade

I currently have an e-commerce store using Magento OS 1.1.8 that is no longer supported by Magento.

I would like you to upgrade the store to the latest stable version of Magento OS.

I would further like a new Magento template installed to bring the web site design up to date.

The facility for a customer to log-in to an account and also the credit card checkout facility is also providing errors on the current live Solent Yamaha site. I require these errors to be fixed and the check out to function correctly for credit card payments and PayPal payments.

I would like to start all these tasks ASAP and would welcome bids for this work. Once completed there are subsequent e-commerce sites (Magento) that I would like created.
