Magento Index and Category Page Support Required

I am looking for someone with experience of Magento to help make the index page, and editable page in CMS / Pages, and format category and sub category pages which currently display as blank pages... and provide a tutorial / instructions of how to do this for other categories we may create.

I need somebody who can do this job very quickly, as we have publicity promoting the site going out within the next few days.
