You will also provide:

1 year free of charge bug fixing.
1 year paid Technical support.

NDA will be required

Fully functional New Site must be online propagated and open to the public by 3rd January 2012.

Please include with your bid.

Project time line for each measurable development phase, with Regular updates and phases.

If you do not have a team that can complete the work on time and on budget, do not bid.

Payment Only be through Milestones:

10% Mobilisation / Trust payment.
10% Design Approval.
20% On successful completion of test phase with test products.
60% paid when on 3rd January 2012 for fully functional live site

Technical support paid Monthly in arrears, separate contract paid through Milestones, you must be able to provide this service and bid your monthly Fee at this stage.
