Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need a developer to fix a recurring issue with our Magento 2.1.3 site.
At random intervals we're informed that the site is down using Uptime Robot. We have the cache clearing set aggressively with cron, which fixes the issue.
It seems to coincide with the attached file in the var/report folder.
This only started to occur when we moved to Siteground's cloud hosting.
***More details in the attached files.***
The monitor ***** (https://******.com) is currently DOWN (Keyword Does Not Exist).
Event timestamp: 2020-07-12 17:10:50 UTC+0
Uptime Robot will alert you when it is back up.
And:
The monitor ***** (https://******.com) is back UP (Keyword Exists) (It was down for 10 minutes and 58 seconds).
Event timestamp: 2020-07-12 17:21:48 UTC+0
