Magento Custom Product Extension

General information for the website: Extension to Configure a door
Description of requirements/features: Extension to configure a door for an existing website.. Please see attached png file for full details. I need it to display an ongoing preview of the door on the right when the user selects option by option. Once the door has been fully configured I need it to add configured item to the cart & then checkout.

As you can see there are no products on the website so I will need you to create an extension that essentially is one product. This product needs to be configurable just like it is on https://www.yaledoor.co.uk/config/

You will see on Yaledoor.co.uk that one you select one option it appears in the preview on the right, I would like this concept as well.

Task List
1. Create a bespoke customisable product to match the exact styling from my png file.

2. Have the following OPTIONS - Choose Your Door, Choose Door Colour, Choose Frame Style, Choose Frame Colour, Choose Glass Style, Choose Glass Privacy, Door Opening, Side Panels, Lock Type, Choose Handle, Letterbox Options.

2a. In the admin panel I will need to be able to add my own values for these options and the different price of each value as sometimes it may be different. Also I need to be able to upload either an image or select a hex code colour for each of the values.

3. As said previously, once you start selecting each value the "Preview Door" on the right hand side needs to automatically update and follow the user down the screen as they are scrolling through the options. Anything that is currently on the right of the page of the website can be removed.

4. This extension has to be able to be used on different categories.
